Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is unworn and free of any marks or scents.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
